Open enrollment for the dental and vision plans for new and returning students in the Fall 2023 term is closed. Only new students in the Spring 2024 term may enroll in dental or vision coverage starting in January 2024.
All payments are final. Once enrolled, there is no option to cancel either the dental or vision plans and obtain a refund.
Student Health Benefits offers optional dental and vision insurance plans to supplement students' health insurance coverage. Dependents of eligible students (spouses, domestic partners, and children) may also enroll.
All current students are eligible to enroll in either the dental plan, the vision plan, or both regardless of SHP enrollment status.
Dental and vision coverage do not automatically renew—you must enroll in coverage every year during the open enrollment period.
